  Just had the worst experience ever here. I ordered the Honey Chicken Dinner and when I got home realized the Honey was never placed in the bag. I called up to let them know I was on the way and the lady told me they did put it on the food. I (still calmly) explained that it isn't on there that's why I'm heading back, I said you all usually give me the little container. She told me that the container doesn't come with the dinner only the lunch (which doesn't make sense at all) and told me if I want it I have to pay an additional dollar. I said I don't understand why I have to pay for what was suppose to come with my food, you can't have honey chicken without the honey. But i'll pay for it however in the 10 years I've been coming there I've never had to. She started screaming over the phone and said that I'm trying to cause trouble with her and then hung up the phone on me. I still went back there because I still needed the honey for my chicken. There was a gentleman who came from the back, I told him what happened and still proceeded to pay the dollar. He seemed not to care about what occurred. I kindly told him thank you and said moving forward I will no longer buy food from here and if you pull up my phone number you will see that you just lost a customer that you had of 10 years. He didn't respond. Also the entire time while I was there the second time, I could here the same lady screaming at someone in the back, not sure if it was a worker or who but it was pretty unprofessional in my opinion.
