  This is the worst store I have ever been to. First I walk in, no hello can i help you or nothing they look at you like you're an alien. Their were four male young adults working there talking about girls and clubs all while not acknowledging me and asking me if i need help. So I finally get help from Andres who didn't know what he was doing at all.More customers walk in who they still don't acknowledge. Andres is looking like a lost person trying to figure out what to do with my situation. I had to literally tell him step by step what to do in order to help me. He also gave me wrong information about where to send my phone so I ended up going to the wrong place. I will never come to this tmobile again. These young kids are NOT professional. Oh, and heres a bonus. They were blasting loud music through the store.Literally to the max volume and I couldn't hear anything the guy who was attempting to help me saying.
